No one is denying that selling is as simple as it was 24 months ago, but according to the National Association of Realtors the fluctuation in price and sales may be a recovery indicator. If so, according to Joel Naroff with Naroff Economic advisors “it’s not going to be short or swift”. Will it take slightly longer to sell than it did 24 months ago? Absolutely. Will it take a few more showings than it did 24 months ago? Absolutely. Will you have to possible stage your home and de-clutter? Absolutely. By purchasing today will you be receiving the best possible share price for your new home? Absolutely.
